Robin Willott, while working with Retro-Juice as a graphic artist, new of an old friend in an independantly-signed band who was desperate to make a music video, with the budget consisting of a bag of Jammie Dodgers and an old soda-stream. Rob briefly toyed with making the soda stream into a Doctor Who-style spaceship, but instead decided on making an overblown, multilocation video. The results were mixed, and he wondered whether he had made the right decision about the soda stream.
Bloodied but unbowed, he decided to look for more video work, and this came along in the form of Driving On The Right, a band he knew plenty about, and was excited to collaborate with. The resulting promo will be making it's broadcast debut upon the band's debut album release.
Rob is a musical obsessive, a design nut, and an "all-in-one" director, who can produce, shoot, edit and effect an entire promo on his lonesome, or with a team.
