Made up love song #43 was the first video for the Guillemots and Nia Vaughan. Nia wanted the video to be just about them and who they are as a band. There was no budget and very little time to make the video yet Nia managed to create a video where the genuine idea was simplicity, from the location through to the camera work.
Nia managed to add depth to the video during post production by jarring shots together in a deliberately awkward fashion so that the shots clashed against one another. The saturation and grainy look finished the piece to give the band a solid video to support their debut EP release supported by Radio DJ's Jo Whiley and Steve Lamacq.
